The parts shipped quickly and arrived in two days (to a US address). They are OEM, so although they do not come in consumer packaging, everything was packed nicely with adequate paper stuffing for protection.
I haven't got a chance to install the parts, but they appear to be in brand new condition and I expect them to work fine.
Fantastic experience. I had not heard of Five Peak before, but their customer service was fast & knowledgable. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
