impressive rapid response to a problem with my order. Initial shipment arrived on time, but incomplete. I contacted customer support via email and received a response within minutes and next day deliver for the missing item. 100% right the first time would be better, but kudos for acknowledging and fixing so fast.

These wheels are amazing .. love their smooth design and weight. The only thing I may say is the valves quality are disappointed did not match with the top notch wheel quality .
