Return Policy
1. General Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required.
Restocking fee may apply to all returned orders.
Final Sale Items are not eligible to be returned. More on Final Sale Items Below
2. Return Conditions
Eligible Items: New, unopened, unused bicycle components.
Not Eligible: Installed/used components, items missing packaging, tools, consumables (e.g., grease, lube).
Condition Check: Returned items will be inspected. Refunds will only be issued if the product is in resellable condition.
Once the return has been confirmed, customers have 30 days to send their item back to Peak Five HQ. If the item is not sent within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the return.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
If the item was sold with free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs from the refund.
4. Return Shipping
Customer-Initiated Returns: Buyer pays return shipping.
Defective/Damaged Items or Wrong Item Sent: We cover full return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
Return labels will be provided for eligible cases.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Final Sale Items
Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned. It is the customer's reasonability to double-check fitment. However, if Final Sale items have an issue or arrived damaged, we will work with the customer to exchange or refund.
