All components that we sell are 100% authentic.
All of our components are sourced from large bicycle brands right here in the USA. We work large deals with these brands to be able to keep prices low for our consumers.
What is your return policy?
If your item has any damage upon arrival, or if your item is not as listed, we have your back. We will accept a full return and process your refund promptly.
If your receive your unopened full priced item and you wish to return it due to change of preference or incorrect fitment, we will accept a return within 30 days of original purchase.
If your item has been opened, or if you purchase a "final sale" item, we will evaluate your return and accept it at our discretion.

Currently, we are not advertising custom builds, and our core business is selling components. However, the worst we can say is no, so feel free to inquire about custom builds below.
